“Geografie interiori” is a theatrical storytelling workshop that intends to stimulate reflection on the changeable landscape around us and how human activities can influence the territory, the lifestyle, the behavior of people and the consequent relationships with the close to us environment or the far away one. In the last seventy years the places we live in have been influenced by various and complex social, political and economic factors. Depopulation of inland areas, pollution, the creation of reserves and national parks, tourism development, waste management, just to name a few, are influencing our choices, our movements, our purchases, travels, emotions and thoughts. Starting from our family photos, from childhood to the present day, we will try to reconstruct sensory and historical memory, in search of the factors that influenced the evolution or involution, growth or decline of the places we passed through.
